About Us

We provide a clear path for the next generation of tradespeople.

About us

At Path, we believe that the evolution of our constructed environment — where we live, labor, unwind, and engage — hinges on the advancement of the trades. Without these essential skills, progress would grind to a halt. There would be no new residences, no towering structures, no playgrounds, apartments, or schools. Nothing would be repaired, enhanced, reimagined, or revitalized. This is where our role begins.

Our Values

We are a team of builders. A community of tradespeople, educators, creatives, and designers. We are creators, shaping the landscape of the trades industry for the future.

What We Do

We’re solving the challenge of the disappearing trades workforce by building our own school. In partnership with the Works Building Trades Foundation, a 501.3(c) non-profit organization, Path is training the trades workers of tomorrow. We use the Earn and Learn model of apprenticeship, where students work full time jobs with competitive wages, and full benefits, while studying to complete state licensing exams. Providing a clear career path is important for the future of our workforce and the betterment of our community.

Apprenticeship

We’re building the future of the trades – one professional path at a time.

The Path Apprentice Program is for people looking to start a career in plumbing service and construction. Future Apprentice Programs will include HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, & more.
